Stabee is a ready-to-use cloud system, so you can start as soon as you create your account. On average, small and medium-sized companies can be fully set up within one day to one week, depending on the volume of their data. We provide full support with initial setup and data migration.

No. Stabee runs in the browser on any internet-connected device, and we take care of hosting, updates, and backups. Employees and managers can also use the mobile apps.

Yes. Stabee is built in Arabic from the ground up, with a right-to-left interface across the platform and the apps. English is also available, and each user chooses their language in their settings.

We offer four plans: Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise. They differ in the number of employees, branches, and features, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that includes all features. Prices for the first three plans are published in your local currency on the pricing page, and Enterprise is priced by quote based on the size of your company.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and pay only the difference for the remaining period of your subscription. You can also change your plan at renewal.

Yes. When you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days, during which you can download a full copy of it. After that, it is permanently deleted from our systems.

All data travels over an encrypted connection, and each company's data is kept completely separate from every other company's. Your company sets the permissions for each role, every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log, and an account loses access the moment it is suspended.

Only the people your company authorizes. Employees see only their own data, line managers see their team, and branch or department managers see the employees in their branch or department. HR managers manage whatever their permissions allow. Any access to your company's account by our support team is recorded in the audit log.

Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation, during which your company admin can request and download a full copy of it. When that period ends, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

You can import employee data and export reports and payroll as CSV files that open in Excel, ready for your accounting and banking systems. We are working on direct integrations with other systems, so tell us what you use and we will give you a precise date.

A modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) and an internet connection. For the mobile apps, you need an Android or iOS phone. Stabee requires no special hardware or servers.

Yes. In settings, you configure leave types and balances, attendance and working-hours policies, each branch's location, approval chains, roles and permissions, branches and departments, letter templates, and payroll items for allowances and deductions.

Updates and new features reach you automatically, with no action on your part and no interruption to your work, because Stabee runs in the cloud and we maintain it.

Yes. We back up your data automatically every day and keep each backup for 14 days, so we can restore it if anything goes wrong.

The HR manager sends each employee an invitation by email. The employee activates their account and chooses a password, then signs in from the browser or the mobile app with their email address or mobile number.

Stabee's interface is simple and clear, and most users start working without any training. We still guide you through initial setup and answer your team's questions whenever you need us.

For each request type, you define an approval chain of one or more levels, such as the line manager and then HR. Each approver is notified when a request reaches them, and the employee tracks its status step by step until it is approved or rejected.

Yes. You add your branches and departments, and each branch has its own geographic location for attendance. Branch managers see only the employees in their branch, while senior management sees all branches in reports and on the dashboard.

Employees check in and out from their phones, submit and track requests for leave, short leave, and salary advances, view their payslips and employment details, and get an instant notification for every update.

Yes. When an employee checks in or out, the app verifies their location against the branch location and the allowed distance. You can also require a selfie with each check-in and check-out, and managers see the details of every one.

No. The app needs an internet connection to record attendance and submit requests, so that everything is logged on time and the location is verified. Any standard mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is enough.

The app connects to Stabee over an encrypted connection, sign-in credentials are kept in the phone's secure storage, and access stops immediately if the company suspends the employee's account.
